This page is designed for Loan Officers to upload their flyers, emails, videos, social media posts, and any other marketing materials for review by our Compliance team before public use. All submitted marketing must comply with our Global Mortgage Marketing Policy and applicable state and federal regulations.

Submission Guidelines

Before uploading, please review and follow these general guidelines:

  • Include your full legal name, NMLS ID, and licensing disclosure on every piece of material.

  • Double-check that rates, fees, or product terms are accurate and not misleading.

  • Do not use any logos or language that implies government affiliation (e.g., HUD, VA) unless authorized.

  • If using a team name, ensure it’s registered and approved, and compliant with your state’s regulations.

  • Avoid terms like “No Cost” or “Guaranteed Approval” unless fully explained and supportable.

  • All materials must display required disclosures clearly and prominently.

Please allow 3–5 business days for our Compliance team to review your submission. You will be notified via email once the review is complete or if revisions are needed.
